FAQS

We are aware that with change comes questions. We have done our best to compile a list of the most frequently asked questions. If your specific question is not answered here, feel free to submit the question via our form at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you with answers.

My current Classic contract expires on march 31, 2020. What if I do nothing?

If you have a current GreatLIFE Classic contract and you choose not to join a Signature course, your contract will automatically expire on March 31, 2020.

Will I still have to sign an annual contract?

Not to join a  Signature course. If you choose to downgrade to our 2020 Classic Membership options, you would have to sign an annual agreement.

If I am a current member and want to join a Signature course, do I have to pay the initiation fee?

Current GreatLIFE members who choose to sign a new agreement for the Signature course of their choosing by April 1 will NOT have to pay the initiation fee*. Members who sign up after April 1 will be subject to the initiation fee. Members who sign up, drop their membership and then want to rejoin will also be subject to the initiation fee.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EXCLUDES CANYON FARMS.

How many members will each Signature course have?

In order to maintain what we call a vibrant Private Club Experience, all Signature courses will have their membership number capped at 400 Golf Memberships.

Will a family of five on a single Family Golf membership count as 1 or 5 against the 400 member number?

Family plans are considered a single Golf membership plan regardless of the number of family members, so the answer is 1.

Can I get a discount for paying for the year in a single upfront payment?

Yes. Anyone choosing to pay their annual dues upfront will receive a 5% discount off of the standard rate plans.

Will Signature members have access to other Signature courses?

Yes, but there will be fees associated with playing them. The fees are commensurate with the dues strucure at each course.

Are there any Senior Rates?

No. It was something we looked into, but as a large portion of our rounds are played by seniors as it is, it did not make sense to discount such a large portion of the inventory available. Our other option would have been to raise rates higher and offer a "false discount" to seniors, but that did not seem fair.

Will you allow private carts?

Yes. We will allow private carts for the same rate. No discount, but no trail fee either. This will be for homeowners only, and carts cannot be trailered in. Cart owners will also need to sign a Waiver of Liability which will be ccoming soon.
