We’re sad to hear you’re no longer interested in being part of the GreatLIFE family. To begin the cancelation process, please complete the form below. One of our team members will be in contact with you to confirm your cancelation. 

Memberships are not considered canceled until you have received a confirmation from a GreatLIFE team member.

GreatLIFE Classic Golf memberships and Premier Golf Memberships are an annual contract that expires on March 31st and automatically renews on April 1 for the upcoming year. If you wish to cancel a GreatLife Classic Golf Membership, you must notify us no later than March 1.  

On occasion, due to particular hardships, we will release people from their contractual obligations. This is considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are applying to end your contract early, we will let you know what the status of your request is after we receive this form. Unless and until you hear back from us that your membership is canceled, you are still responsible for all fees.

You may be contacted by a GreatLIFE team member to verify the details and reason for cancelation, as well as if you requested a refund for any charges.

If you decide you would like to rejoin the club at a future date, you will be subject to the then current initiation fee amount (if applicable).
